19 persons rescued from Lagos collapsed building, three dead

Three people have been confirmed and 19 others rescued alive from Thursday’s building collapse in the Ilasa area of Lagos.General Manager, Lagos State Emergency Management Agency, LASEMA, Adesina Tiamiyu told newsmen  that three dead bodies had so far been evacuated from the building, as rescue operation continue this  Friday as it is believed that some people might still be trapped under the rubble.Howver, Spokesperson of the National Emergency Management Agency, Ibrahim Farinloye says the rescue operation was almost getting to ground zero. The three-storey building was under construction when it collapsed on Thursday around 2:30pm.
