Nigeria Premier League to kick-off on February 21

The 2015/16 Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) season will start on February 16, according to the League Management Company The board  in a statement on its website announced a comprehensive calendar of activities for the 2015/16 Nigeria Professional Football League season providing two rounds of Super 4 tournaments and a start date of February 21 for the regular season which will end on October 2 According to the statement, The first of the Super Four will take place in Kaduna between January 20 and 24 while the second round will be held in Uyo from February 1 to 5. It also announced that the official draws for the NPFL will be held on  January 23, adding that the first transfer window of the season will close on March 11 after Match Day Five, while the mid-season transfer window will run from May 23 to June 3.
